With over eight years of experience in South Florida real estate and property management, I offer a comprehensive understanding of condominium operations, maintenance oversight, and project management. As a licensed real estate Broker, Community Association Manager (CAM), and the President of my condominium association for the past five years, I bring hands-on expertise in managing communities, coordinating maintenance projects, and ensuring compliance with condominium laws and regulations. My legal background further strengthens my ability to handle complex contracts and guide clients through every step of the real estate and management process. I am dedicated to providing professional, reliable, and personalized service—creating efficient, well-managed communities and lasting client relationships.
